Terms of Service

LeadToC is a lead conversion platform: it captures leads, sends the communications you configure, shows status pages to your prospects, schedules meetings and runs your automations, on a domain you connect. Features may change as we improve the product; we will not remove core functionality you rely on without reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by the team members you invite.
• You must own or control any domain you connect, and keep its DNS records in place while you use it.

• Only collect and contact leads where you have a lawful basis, and honour unsubscribe and data requests.
• Don't use LeadToC to send spam, phishing, malware or unlawful content, or to impersonate others.
• Don't attempt to access other workspaces, overload the service or bypass its limits and security controls.

You own the lead data in your workspace. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing your prospects about how you use their data.

AI features produce drafts and suggestions. Review them before use — you are responsible for the content you send. AI is optional and can be turned off at any time.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include the limits shown on the pricing page. If usage regularly exceeds your plan we will ask you to move to a suitable plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep LeadToC available and secure but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost leads.

You can stop using LeadToC at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend workspaces that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
